Beaulieu Vineyard (Georges de Latour Private Reserve) : An undisputed pioneer founded by the Frenchman Georges de Latour At the beginning of the 20th century, BV presented its private reserve every September. Maya, an exceptional blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, seduces Bordeaux merchants with its freshness, velvety structure and contained power.
Chaplet (Pritchard Hill) : A pioneer in mountain viticulture on Pritchard Hill, Chappellet elevates high-altitude Cabernet Sauvignon. La cuvée Pritchard Hill (as well as la cuvée Signature) shines with its density, its concentrated black fruit heart and its rocky minerality.

Pym-Rae (Tesseron Estate) Formerly owned by actor Robin Williams and located on Mount Veeder, Pym-Rae was purchased by the Tesseron family (owners of the Château Pontet-Canet in Pauillac). Grown biodynamically and using dry farming methods, this mountain wine combines the wild grandeur of its terroir with a typically Pauillac-style finesse of extraction.
Quintessa & Illumination Located in Rutherford, the domaine Quintessa propose Illumination, a great Sauvignon Blanc (complemented by Sémillon and Sauvignon Gris) of remarkable brilliance and aromatic vivacity, alongside its great red cuvée assembled with goldsmith-like precision.
The Paso Robles touch: the audacity of L'Aventure
L'Aventure (Estate Cuvée & Side by side) Founded in Paso Robles by Bordeaux winemaker Stephan Asseo, L'Aventure It breathes a unique identity into the Bordeaux wine scene. Its bold blends of Rhône and Bordeaux style (Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot) seduce with their silky texture, generous flesh and aromatic brilliance.
