    Owner and history

The earlier-ripening Merlots are planted on clay soils, while the Cabernets are planted on deep gravel. The estate's philosophy is simple: "a great wine always comes from great grapes."

    Vinification and aging

Temperature-controlled tanks - 2 to 3 weeks of maceration after alcoholic fermentation. Aged for 18 months in barrels (35% new oak).
