    Ce clos exceptionnel s'étend sur 5,24 hectares se compose de 4 parcelles distintes. Il s'agit de l'un des plus grans monopole de la Côte d'Or. Les vignes se trouvent sur les communes de Volnay et Auxey-Duresses, sur un terroir sublime. Cultivées en biodynamie depuis 1988, les vignes sont âgées de 30 à 80 ans !

    Owner and history

    This exceptional walled vineyard covers 5.24 hectares and comprises four distinct parcels. It is one of the largest monopoles in the Côte d'Or. The vines are located in the communes of Volnay and Auxey-Duresses, on a sublime terroir. Cultivated biodynamically since 1988, the vines are between 30 and 80 years old!

    Vinification and aging

    The grapes are harvested by hand. They are then destemmed.
    Aged for 18 months in barrels, 25% of which are new.

    Le 2021 se distingue par une grande élégance et une fraîcheur vibrante, loin des profils massifs des millésimes solaires récents. C'est un vin taillé pour la cave. Même sur un millésime plus accessible comme 2021, il tirera un immense bénéfice à vieillir : apogée entre 2030 et 2048+.
